Man frees deer from chain-link fence predicament in Washington state

 A Washington state man who discovered a deer with its leg stuck in a chain-link fence came to the buck's rescue and captured the event on video.

Daniel Leifer of Spokane posted a video to Facebook showing the deer he discovered Wednesday morning with its rear leg stuck at the top of the metal fence.

The video shows Leifer speaking softly to the deer to keep it calm while he worked to free its leg.

"Helped a deer out this morning," Leifer wrote.
